We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives on growth, strategy, and finding innovative ways to generate leads. This isn’t just a role; it’s an opportunity to define the kinds of clients we work with and directly impact the trajectory of Neue World.
You’ll be responsible for lead generation using tools like Apollo, Lemlist, and any other creative methods you bring to the table. Cold outreach will be your bread and butter, and we’ll rely on you to understand our business model inside out—crafting strategies that align with our goals while constantly finding ways to refine the process.
This is a solo position with potential to scale into a team, based on your performance. We’re offering two flexible incentive structures:
• 20% sales commission on every deal closed, with monthly perpetual payments for retainer clients.
• Or, 10% sales commission plus a fixed stipend for financial stability.
• Working on animated videos or video editing (a huge plus).
This is a full-time, dedicated role—we need someone who’s all in. While agency experience is a plus, it’s not mandatory if you’re curious, self-motivated, and ready to immerse yourself in our business.
