Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Webflow Developer to lead our Webflow team and help us push the boundaries of web design and development. As a key member of the team, you will take ownership of the Webflow development process, ensuring that all projects are meticulously tested, delivered to the highest standards, and stay ahead of industry trends. Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Management:
   • Lead, mentor, and grow the Webflow team, ensuring they are aligned with the agency’s vision and best practices.
   • Oversee day-to-day Webflow development operations, providing guidance on complex problems and ensuring best-in-class project delivery.
   • Conduct regular performance reviews, foster a culture of continuous learning, and ensure the team remains motivated and up-to-date with the latest trends in Webflow development.
2. Project Oversight & Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure that all Webflow projects are rigorously tested for functionality, performance, and cross-device compatibility.
   • Develop and implement efficient processes for project workflows, ensuring timelines and client expectations are consistently met.
   • Guarantee the highest standards of quality, with an eye on both technical precision and creative execution.
3. Innovation & Strategy:
   • Stay ahead of industry trends and Webflow updates, and bring new ideas to the table that can enhance our service offerings.
   • Identify and develop innovative Webflow solutions, workflows, and features that can give the agency a competitive edge.
   • Collaborate with the leadership team to create strategies that will position the agency as a top Webflow expert and thought leader in the market.
4. Client Relations & Collaboration:
   • Work closely with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on how to best implement it using Webflow.
   • Communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible way, ensuring clients understand and are confident in the process.
   • Manage relationships with existing and potential clients, providing insights and feedback on how we can improve or expand our Webflow services.
5. Development & Innovation:
   • Oversee the technical development of Webflow websites, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
   • Contribute to the creation of internal tools or systems that improve Webflow development workflows.
   • Ensure the Webflow team uses best practices in terms of design responsiveness, custom animations, interactions, and integration of third-party tools.
6. Collaboration with Core Management Team:
   • Play an integral role in the strategic planning of the agency, contributing innovative ideas, feedback, and solutions to enhance business growth.
   • Work with other department leads to drive the business forward and ensure Webflow projects are aligned with client goals.
   • Help develop long-term plans for scaling the Webflow division and establishing a distinct brand presence.

Key Requirements:

• Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience with Webflow, including advanced development and design skills, working on complex websites and large-scale projects.
• Leadership: Previous experience leading a team of developers or designers, with strong mentoring and team-building capabilities.
• Innovation-Oriented: Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive the agency’s growth and reputation in the Webflow space.
• Project Management Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring quality control, adherence to deadlines, and client satisfaction.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Advanced knowledge of Webflow CMS, interactions, animations, e-commerce, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development frameworks.
  • Experience with responsive design, SEO, performance optimization, and web accessibility.
• Client-Focused: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams like design, marketing, and strategy to achieve business goals.
